Duck, Duck, Goose!

Today, we decided to take Madeline on a little outing since she has been feeling so much better. She finally finished her antiobiodics and has been eating better and acting more like her normal self. We took her to lunch at Red Robin and then picked up the Egan boys and all went up to the regional park to feed the ducks. The kids had a ball! They all play so well together. It's so nice to have our happy, healthy girl back!

Sick Baby Update

Our poor little sick baby was diagnosed with ear infections in both ears on Monday. She was a pretty miserable girl most of the weekend, running a fever with a cough, congestion, and a horrible runny nose. We have been running humidifiers upstairs and downstairs and she has been on antibiodics for three days now and we are already starting to see a huge difference. She has always been very good about letting us drip saline in her nose and suction her boogers, so that has helped a ton. She started eating more yesterday and slept most of the night in her own bed last night, only waking up twice...which is still not normal, but better than what we experienced over the weekend. Mommy made some yummy chicken soup, which is pretty much all she will eat, but she loves it and I think it is helping. Our little angel has never had more than an occasional cold. Considering how much pain she must have been in with double ear infections, she really has been a good girl.

Flower Child

Today, we went to our neighbor, Gracie's, first birthday party. All the kids have been so sick, but everyone was able to get together today and play and I think it was so good for all the kids. Poor Madeline has had the worst cough and runny nose. It seems like everyone has this cold going around right now and it is so miserable. At least we were able to get out and enjoy some sunshine today. Madeline was such a good girl and had so much fun playing!

10 MONTHS OLD!!!

Miss Belle is 10 months old today!!!! Hooray!!!! (She's learning to walk too!)

The Big ONE!!!

Miss Isabella turned one on Tuesday and we celebrated her FIRST birthday with the Medina clan on Saturday. She is such a big girl and we love her SOOOO much! Seems like just yesterday we visited her in the hospital when she was born. Happy Birthday Sweetie!Here's Madeline playing with all of her gifts...Fortunately, Izzy likes to share.

Izzy's birthday marks the beginning of the first birthday boom. She was the first to be born of all the babies that made their big arrival last year (in our group of friends, anyway). There were 9 babies born in our little circle all within 4 months of eachother! Let the birthday bonanza begin!

First Haircut

Madeline got her first official haircut today! Mommy had trimmed it up a couple times in the bath, but it was getting a bit too crazy to manage, so we had to call in a professional. Thanks, Nana, for doing such a good job!!!

The other night, Chris and I went to the Laker game. A bunch of us were able to get a VIP box. We had an awesome view of the game...and a bartender in our suite! We had a great time. They played the Trailblazers. I can't remember the score, but I know we won! Go Lakers!
